With over 30 years of experience building leadership capability and driving transformation, he’s helped founders, CEOs, and senior teams navigate the complex challenges that come with real growth — whether that’s scaling up, reshaping culture, or leading through change.
His work spans continents and sectors: from spearheading public sector reform in the UK, to delivering high-impact leadership programmes for energy companies in India, NGOs in Africa, and petrochemical industries in the Middle East.
In 2024, Simon was awarded an OBE for his outstanding contribution to leadership learning and capability — a testament to the lasting impact of his work.
A seasoned strategist with a background in senior HR and organisational development, Simon works closely with leaders at board level. He’s known for asking the right questions, cutting through the noise, and helping people unlock clarity, confidence, and real momentum.

Beyond the boardroom, Simon is a lifelong Manchester United supporter, a keen hill walker, and a quiet bird watcher (though he’s not above celebrating a rare sighting with a bit of enthusiasm).

Thomas Kilroy is a mindset coach with personal branding expertise - culminating in his own TV series in Nepal -who helps people tell their story, own their value, and confidently step into the next level of their career.
Thomas knows what it takes to thrive in high-pressure environments, pivot with purpose, and inspire others to do the same. With a career spanning global entrepreneurship, high-stakes leadership, and strategic communication, Thomas brings a rare blend of creative insight, commercial acumen, and grounded empathy to his work with clients.
From launching a 300-cover restaurant in Kathmandu at age 27 - scaling it into a successful group of restaurants and a nightclub employing 250 staff - to becoming a TV personality in Nepal, Thomas has always understood the power of a story well told. That same storytelling instinct now fuels his work: helping individuals uncover the unique value they bring, and communicate it with confidence.
In the UK, he’s held senior leadership roles across workplace catering, casinos, and healthcare, consistently championing people-first strategy and culture. Today, Thomas combines strategic communications with deep mindset coaching to help clients - from emerging talent to senior leaders - navigate internal promotions, career pivots, and public profiles with clarity and confidence.
As a Leadership Consultant, Thomas continues to mentor individuals toward their dream roles, specialising in application and interview success. His clients don’t just secure promotions—they step into their next chapter with a renewed sense of identity and direction.
